Before you finalize your order, double check all the details to ensure accuracy. If you spot any mistakes after confirmation, let us know right away. While we’ll do our best, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is shipped.
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
We cannot control carrier or customs delays, or lost packages. If you face delivery problems or receive incorrect items, reach out within 2 days of delivery. Any returns due to wrong addresses will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
During hot summer months (80°F and above), natural oil-based solid products like candles may melt if left in the heat for too long. Please monitor your package delivery to avoid extended exposure to high temperatures. We are not responsible for melted products. If your solid items liquefy, keep them upright while letting them cool in a cool place.
